RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL POLICY
Purpose of the policy
This Returns and Right of Withdrawal Policy governs the conditions applicable to product returns and the exercise of the right of withdrawal by customers who make purchases through the website https://orleanscars.com.
This policy applies exclusively to the online sale of clothing, accessories and items related to driving and automotive culture. The sale of vehicles is not carried out through electronic contracting and is expressly excluded from the scope of this policy.
Right of withdrawal

Effects of withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal, Orleans Cars will reimburse all payments received from the customer, including standard delivery costs, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise.
The refund will be made within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from the date on which Orleans Cars is informed of the decision to withdraw. Orleans Cars may withhold the refund until the returned products have been received or until the customer has provided proof of return.
Conditions for returning products
Returned products must be in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and undamaged, and must include the original packaging, labels and accessories, where applicable. The customer shall be responsible for any diminished value of the products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or proper functioning.
Orleans Cars reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return shipping costs
Unless the return is the result of an error by Orleans Cars or a defective product, the direct costs of returning the products shall be borne by the customer.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal shall not apply in cases legally provided for, including products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized items, as well as other situations contemplated by applicable regulations.
Defective products or order errors
If the customer receives a defective product or a product different from the one ordered, the customer must notify Orleans Cars as soon as possible after receiving the order. In such cases, Orleans Cars will proceed with replacement of the product or the corresponding refund and will bear the costs associated with the return.
